If companies want a lesson in customer service, they should call on Encompass to teach them!!!!!! Credit #-1771. I ordered a part that a repair tec. said was needed. It came & upon examination, there was NO place for that part. Encompass graciously authorized a return and refunded the FULL expense!!!!!!!!!!!! The next time I need something Encompass can supply, guess where I'll order from?????? Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
