Chris Leerar, I had gone through Chris many years ago and he was so nice and helpful to Teddy and I the first time, and that is the very reason I went back to him and Summit. Chris has always been kind, understanding and so helpful during the process. He knew his field in loans and was never disrespectful of our time. My wife has MS and Chris was very kind and understanding of this throughout the process . I will be more than happy to recommend him to my family and friends. He always made time for us , making the process very pleasing to go through. He never talked down to us but with us. He is a very valuable asset to Summit, Thanks John
