Return a dented fridge?
I bought a fridge from Walmart online. FedEx delivered it. When I took the box off it had dents. Walmart said they would arrange a FedEx pickup. Then a few minutes later I got an email saying that if I want to return it I will have to take it to a Walmart store. I am 73 years old and I don’t own a truck. How can I take it to a store? Can you see me hauling a refrigerator into Walmart? I bought a new fridge and feel cheated.
