Live chat is great! Other options, not so much...
I emailed and contacted through the app directly multiple times and got no replies. Eventually after many attempts, I finally got through to someone on the live chat - Mindy - and thankfully my order was then swiftly cancelled, which is all I wanted really. Initial response needs to be worked on, really, but the live chat is great! Responsive, fast and helpful! Mindy was approachable and did as I asked without any hesitation, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you again, Mindy, for all the help! Just glad my order finally got cancelled.
