REFUND PROBLEM
I had sent many emails to them explaining that I had not place any order and asked for a refund because they had debited my account for no reason. Most of them were ignored. When I threatened leagal action they sent me this: "Subject: Immediate Resolution - Refund Order #203592** Dear Argyro, I understand your feelings and apologize for the inconvenience caused. It is clear that you did not make this purchase and we take this matter very seriously. **What we are doing IMMEDIATELY:** - We are canceling order #203592 - We are refunding the amount to the original payment method within 3-5 business days - We are securing your account from any unauthorized access We will contact your line (+306945744935) today". After that silence. I emailed them again 2 weeks later but there was no answer. I am really disapointed because I thougth they were reliable. I should put zero if there was an option.
