Lost package
I ordered a package from them and had to use an old address but contacted fedex after the package was already shipped due to not knowing who it was being shipped through and asked them to hold it at the closest facility and I would pick it up from there. They delivered the package to the address and has not yet been able to retrieve it. They told me to contact the shipper and see what can be done and if they would send another order fedex would cover the cost since they can not get the package. I sent them an email and get told to contact fedex and have them send me my package. How can fedex send me a package that they CAN NOT RETRIEVE? I will give the company a second chance due to them deciding to refund the full amount of my purchase and also giving points on my account. After they saw my review they moved forward very quickly.
