I purchased the i-hub power strip and…IT"S NOT RELIABLE !
I purchased the i-hub power strip and the concept is amazing yet the app and the hub are extremely unreliable. It turns off when it wants it is definitely not a tested product and I would not recommend buying the power strip. The App is awful. Tried to call their number and just an answering service. Sent an e mail with a copy of the order and am yet to hear back. No return address listed on the website. It says it is covered by a 2 year warranty but I suspect the product is working just not sufficiently tested to warrant selling to consumers. It seems as though there are many other people with the same issue so I know its not me its the I hub power strip! Update got a response via e mail. They do not back up their products even if they are defective. You need to Video how the product is defective in order to receive a refund. This is an impossible request. There is no customer service. The e mails are polite and yet do not address the issue that they have sold a defective product and they will rectify the situation. In all my years of doing business with companies this has to rank as one of the worst. You sell stuff on your website you have no people to talk to, the e mails give you the run around. Bottom line MARS HYDRO do not back up their products even if defective. I would never buy from them ever again.
