HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE Boots were advertised as leather and seemed to be just what I was looking for. When they arrived the fit of these non leather boots was really bad and the quality appalling. There website stated refunds and free returns. 1st e.mail offered 20% and keep boots. 2nd e.mail offered 40% and donate the boots. I finally got a refund but they deducted what was supposed to be a free delivery and a free return. I am £5.99 short on what I originally spent and of course no new boots. Will never use again and have made sure no one else does. They do not deserve my custom
