I made an appointment at Asda Opticians Parkhead Forge Glasgow appointment 12 20 my complaint is this ai 12 35/hrs I was still awaiting appointment with no member of staff giving explanation of delay Spoke to staff member about delay not given a reason but expected to sit back down and wait bad customer service cancelled appointment and left I waited 3 weeks for this appointment a complete waste of my time will now book elsewhere
