Extremely disappointed
This website may use to be good but not anymore. So where do I even start?! So...when I first ordered from their website they told me I still haven't paid even though I did. I even had the receipt for my order. So I contacted them. And after few days they tell me there was some problem and will ship my order after they process it. And then comes the problem with my actual package. It's been over a month since I have ordered but I still haven't gotten my package. I emailed them multiple times...and each time they have a different excuse. So I emailed them once more before writing this review and waiting for a reply. Right now I can't even open a dispute with PayPal since it's has been too long. Oh forgot to mention one other thing, they decided to process my payment after I opened a dispute with them for the payment. Anyway, if they don't do anything I will be short of $66. I am really disappointed. If there was an option for 0 stars...that's what this company deserves. Edited: I did not get my package even after waiting for more than a week after I last emailed them. So I asked them for a full refund and which I received today. Final statement...even though I am never gonna buy from them again cause of all the mess I had to deal with...they still have a good customer service. And since I got a full refund as I asked...I will change my review from 1 star to 2 just because of their customer service.
