Constant issues and ignored emails
Had problems with the printer from day one when I finally got an answer via email they had me take it apart over several days and finally sent out a new mother board. It fixed one problem but now I can't touch any of the metal parts while it's plugged in because of risk of electric shock and it seems to print intermittent. Now they will not even respond to my emails. I would definitely not buy from them again. 20/11/23 still not working getting contact with them now and being told to try different things but nothings working. The first time I managed to get them to mention refund is when they said it is now out of warranty so they will not refund. I now believe the amount of times I have had to take it apart has probably done more damage. Safe to say I will not be purchasing any more of there products, will go back to anycubic never had issues like this with them. Anyone want to buy a 3d printer for spares?
