BAD SERIVCE!!!
First of all, i still haven't received my order which i place on 16th Jan (7 Feb today). i emailed the CS and they told me that the carrier "attempted delivery" which i never received any calls regarding any related delivery. Anyways, The CS said that the parcel has been returned to them but they yet to received it. And suggested that i will pay for the express shipment fees in order to receive the parcel asap which i found very unreasonable. After negotiating with the CS, they agreed to pay for the express shipment fees and then emailed me again saying one of the items i purchased is out of stock. i was so disappointed that i request for an full refund.. and then no one replies me... Today, i emailed the CS again suggesting that they do a refund with the item that is running out of stock while shipped me the other purchased items.... still no one replies me..... THE SERVICE IS VERY UPSETTING AND POOR AND I SUGGEST YOU NOT TO BUY AT PINKYPARADISE.
