Do not buy from them directly!
Customer service with this company is beyond awful!. Bought the monstera dress which was sent but all that was delivered was an empty brown envelope! No amount of e mails could get a response out of them in a timely manner. It was well over a week to resolve. After the dress being a poor fit I returned and had to chase them for my refund which hadn’t been actioned despite them telling me it had. It’s now with my paypal account but still showing as pending! Apparently they really do take their time with refunds. My advice would be to buy through Liberty London as their customer service and refunds are 10/10!
