Theo has been incredible
Theo has been incredible, we had a really disappointing visit to a hotel in Portugal, we arrived to what we thought was going to be a 5* hotel, it was certainly not! We got Theo on the phone and he sorted it out for us immediately and we were able to get our money back and go to a new hotel the morning after we arrived. He has been in touch since to make sure we are receiving communication from the hotel and updating us accordingly! I can’t fault Theo or the team! Would recommend booking with them!
