Support to install eSim in a chalksnging region
I had issues to connect and intall the esim and needed support to follow the installation process manually. While this still wasnt working AI and real people continue to offer support. Although it took 6 hours to resolve and I was starting to feel frustrated, they were patient, kind, positive and calm throughout ensuring to do everything they can to resolve the issue. We are still in contact and testing if it was all resolved. Personally I would prefer to talk to someone instead of texting. I woukd admit that I was ready to give up and get a refund but hopfully the eSim will work. The team offered a temporary solution by providing me with alternative eSim and made sure I am good to go. They were professional and knowledge.
