I bought some Christmas gifts online to pick up in-store. I found out the next day that it went on sale, and I've requested that I get a price adjustment on 4 items at the time of pickup. The sales representative, Irlanda Hernandez, was great and fast in giving me the difference back to my account. I really appreciate businesses that cater to their customers' needs.
