Levi was very responsive, in fact best experiences in buying business class ticket for the whole family, which we usually fly together every year for our philanthropic project in Bangladesh. This year was tougher as business class price has increased significantly, but he still provides every discount he finds out there. He goes out of his way to make it easy for us ancillary services. As we have more confidence on him, he found us as a good customer for business class client too.
