They advertise low business class rates but when you ask them to book that rate I was told it would be six stops to Europe over a total of 72 hours. I told the agent that’s not a teaser rate it’s a BS rate and why would they even put that? No one‘s going to accept that. Just be honest and put the real amount. I referred friends to this company and their rates were among the highest of all the consolidators I use. Emma never called me back and when I finally called in and spoke with someone else their price was $800 more men to other consolidators I use. I would never recommend these people and I would never purchase from them.
Prompt, expert service, agents are clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. That said, your business model does diminish the customer experience in one big way: the software at the final ticketing and confirmation stage aggressively and rather sneakily defaults to a selection of very expensive add-on “insurance” options. If you’re determined to retain that last minute profit booster, ok, but at least set the default to “ no thanks.”

Levi was very responsive, in fact best experiences in buying business class ticket for the whole family, which we usually fly together every year for our philanthropic project in Bangladesh. This year was tougher as business class price has increased significantly, but he still provides every discount he finds out there. He goes out of his way to make it easy for us ancillary services. As we have more confidence on him, he found us as a good customer for business class client too.
