This is my 1st time using your company's service to book a business round trip itinerary. I inquired online and your representative contacted me within 5 minutes by phone call and text message. After listening to my requests and seeing options of my trip by texting, Drake took time to do his searches and narrowed down to 2 best options based on my wishes. Then he called Delta airline to confirm a discounted rate for the Premium Select seat on the international flights. Drake was very professional and patient with me and he was capable of answering all my questions and doubts. He understood my wishes and delivered exceptional customer service experience. Best of all, he was able to find the best suited itinerary for me at a reasonable price. I will use him again for my future travel booking.
