Jack Reed, the agent I was assigned to, greeted me as if I were a member of his family. He made me my whole experience look easy, even though it was really hard to find everything I needed for my trip. Jack went way above what his job required, in order to deliver what I asked for and fulfill my travel needs. He worked tirelessly, until he found what I needed. He professional, but friendly and reassuring that he would find what I needed for this particular trip. For example, he was able to find and book my trip in only one airline, made the necessary arrangements for me to get out the small town I will be leaving and find a flight to connect in Athens, a bigger airport to "connect" with the world, again. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends for their travel arrangements

The travel clerk I talked to was Kyle Watson. Kyle helped me get through this trip to Istanbul and he was very very patient with me because I didn’t know the right question to ask this is my first commercial flight to Istanbul and I was able to get all my questions to answer by Kyle and he’s been very patient and he just called me to follow up to make sure I got my tickets and my luggage confirmation so I couldn’t ask for a better employee relationship. Please let Kyle know that I did return this critique and a very glad to have met him and I will be calling him in the future. I have to go back in November to Istanbul so like it walk me through that also have a good day, everyone.

It was basically a giant mess. Took eight hours and a full day back-and-forth with about a dozen phone calls to finally get the tickets issued and the credit card charged. One card was canceled for what they thought was fraudulent charges because nobody knows what the exact charges are going be or where they are coming. I even had the salesman from the company on the phone with my credit card company and he denied that the charge was from his people so they thought it was fraudulent, but then it turned out to be a legitimate charge. Then getting seat assignments was a nightmare and took a week, and they finally had to charge another credit card for the fee to get a seat assignments for a business class international, which I’ve never heard of before, and now they are supposed to refund my credit card for the cost for the fee.
