A 1 Star is to much i purchased a wig waited for 3 weeks to arrive what arrived was nothing like the picture the hair was bleached poorly the root area was orange and patchy the blonde was not even in color reached out to customer service who advised me to return it to china would cost to much and as it was a customized wig they cant refund i wasn't aware i had requested any special adjustments they told me to color the wig i coloured it with a chemical free color the hair was so bleached it was dry as soon as the water was put on it the hair breaks off whenever you brush it your clothes are covered in hair i contacted them again as the hair has broken so badly it started as a 20inch now resembles a 14 inch wig the customer service is very poor i was told they were sorry for the issues and would send a replacement unit nothing arrived when i contacted them again they advise no that was a mistake they cant sent a replacement never been so disappointed in a product £200 wasted customer service the worst in the world don't waste you money on this company
