3 dresses, missing belt
Ordered 3 dresses. Took a little while to come but it was free shipping so can't complain. Their clothes definitely run small because I ordered two sizes larger than I needed (bc read reviews) and they fit great. Quality of material is on the lower side but should be expected for such a low price. Still looks great. The problem I had was one dress was missing the belt. Emailed customer service, they were fast to respond but with a poor first solution. After a few emails back and forth I still ended up with no belt and only $18 back for a dress that cost $22 and told to donate the dress instead of sending back. I have very mixed feelings bc I liked what I received but don't understand why I three was a need to haggle for my return. On the fence about ordering again, if I do let's hope everything shows up correct.
