Update - Dresslily have been very quick and efficient in clearing this matter up and I am thankful for the reimbursement of cost and the admission of error on their part. For that reason I have revised my review to reflect this as this was the only thing that made the experience worthy of poor feedback. Many thanks Not worth the bother ....... unacceptable service to place a large order in excess of £150, to then be presented with an email from the shipper researching the company under suspicions of incorrect valuations and paperwork, which subsequently led to be charged an eye watering £70.00 for duty and taxes. Not such an affordable website after all. Will never use again - on reviews stating it was impossible to refund unwanted items I didn't bother trying and then additionally incurring this astronomical bill for the items has left me profoundly disappointed and saddened by an experience of shopping that could have had a positive review otherwise.
