Poor customer service ... disgrace ...crap
Poor customer service . Dhl due to deliver tuesday i have been unable to change delivery address with dhl. Emailed to get address changed no response. Had text asking me to pay import duty £4.66 on top of £44 for a hoodie for christmas .. Nothing stated when you order ? This a big con. I m not expecting to see the item as dhl wont deliver unless they change del address .... rather hard to get it done as web chat doesnt understand what im asking. Just glad i paid with paypal
