This is actually an update on a two-star review that I left yesterday. I have to say that I am impressed with the prompt reply that I got from Rosegal as they explained to me about the issue I was having. Just a confusion with the invoice. They were also kind enough to offer me extra points on my account (although I don't have an account with them). I will definitely consider shopping with them again!
Communication is terrible. First I was notified that my order was on its way. Then I was notified that I got a credit of $2.41. It didn't say WHY. Next, I got notified that my 'item' (I ordered 3 items) was no longer available and that the vendor would credit me. I guess that's why I got the credit? The only thing is, the one item that I didn't receive cost me $3.01. After emailing them back and forth to figure out what was going on, I just gave up as they weren't understanding what I was asking. Not worth bickering over 60 cents, LOL. I was, however, satisfied with what I DID receive.
