Good communication poor quality and faulty items
I ordered for items from this company. Two of the items arrived damaged and stained I took a picture of this and sent it to the company to complain. They wanted me to send them back in re saleable addition. I explain to them that they were staying and were not in resaleable condition and they said they would refund me if I send it back but I would have to pay for shipping. The shipping costs were £15 so even if I said the back I would not have been refunded my full amount as I would have had to pay the shipping fee I explained this and I expected the refund of the two faulty items however I was and offered 15% refund which I said yes to thinking it was 15% of my whole order however they just gave me 15% back of the items which ended up being about £2.50 not good enough poor quality items would never use again. They do email you back a lot but it doesn't resolve the issue that I wanted it is disappointing
