Did not receive any email on promo code. Only when sent in enquiry then was informed about the promo code. In addition, my referee mentioned the 1st payment promo code was sent to the junk mail folder, so he did not use the 1st payment promo code and when enquired, there is no way to utilize the promo code (or another promo code of the same amount) any more.
