Mary Jane amazing service
Mary Jane is fantastic. She was extremely patient with me and my many questions. I am a returning satisfied customer of Alan Meds. I called today to reinstate my program and had the pleasure of speaking with Mary Jane. I commend her excellent customer service and thorough explanation of current rates and confirmation that we were discussing the appropriate medication. I have been in customer service for over 35 years from retail, to restaurants, to banking, and beyond. I truly appreciate brilliant customer service. Mary Jane is professional, kind and courteous. Alan Meds is fortunate to have, not only a great product but a stellar team. I will remain a loyal customer.
