Always use agoda for S.E Asia hotel bookings. Never had any issues in years of hotel bookings. Only reason I gave 4 star and not 5 is because recent booking I had price in British pound, and when completing booking it changed to Thai Bhat, if I paid in pounds price went up, so I paid in Bhat.... Not a major issue, unless you might incur extra card charges. I didnt so no problem, just something to watch out for but otherwise always excellent.
