This has been the worst experience with internet shopping ever and I shop a lot through the internet. - Compared to other shops the shipping cost is very expensive considering it is shipped from China. - The item was damages at arrival and the hassle and stalling I have experienced from the company has been horrible even when following requested steps. Fortunately, I took pictures of all steps I could and send them as proof with my emails. The customer service was terrible and they had not idea of what they were doing most of the time. - I had to pay the return postage myself but this became a case of principle for me so I did it even though I lost money on it. - The only plus was that I received a full refund.
