A PERSON answered my call without me…
A PERSON answered my call without me having to sit on hold for any length of time. Shawn listened to my issue carefully, asked really good follow up questions and provided me with very honest and reasonable options. He followed up with a prompt email and ways to touch base again if my concerns continue. Very pleasant, and terribly helpful interaction! Keep up the good work Shawn!!!
