They set a problem straight
I got a cellphone that shut down unpredictably. I was expecting (spoiled consumer that I am) for it to be replaced immediately. Etoren asked to have it back for repairs and, failing to find the problem, sent it back to me so I can try and see if the problem resolved. When it had not they replaced it with a new device of the same model that works just fine. Pros: The team at Etoren were communicative and open, listened and acted on my dissatisfaction. They arranged for delivery of the device back for repairs and for replacement. Cons: Not replacing the phone when I initially asked cost me time, and cost them sending the phone back and forth. In a situation where I stood something to gain from my request if it were dishonest I could see why that made sense, but I had no incentive to ask for an exact replacement if the phone worked.
