Rose Gal as a good choice for online purchase
I placed an order at Rose Gal on Dec 15th 2017, probably the busiest time of the year for online purchase. I didn't receive the package as Rose Gal predicted, I contacted Rose Gal and was told with an extended waiting due date because it was the high peak season. I was not happy with it but understood the reason. By the end of that waiting period I still didn't receive the package, I contacted Rose Gal and got refund very easily. This story didn't have a good start but it ended in a way that I feel respected and valued, so I still think Rose Gal is trust-worthy and a good choice for online order.
