Very Difficult Return Process
Product is very thin quality and came scrunched in a tiny bag (satin bolero jacket). I am trying to return via the website. I have put in all requested information and clicked on submit but I am told that I need a verification code. I don't have this and can't find it. Very complicated process. I am told that I have to download a form for the return and a return label - no QR code. I have no printer. Can anybody advise me?
