Not Impressed!!
This is the first time I have ordered any products from 5econds and I have been extremely disappointed! I ordered two of the HydroJet 2-in-1 High Pressure Power Washer on May 27th and I just recieved my order yesterday, July 17th. While I understand due to the COVID-19 shipping for many companies have been delayed...but 1 1/2 months later...really!! When I recieved my packages they were so damaged, and I mean smashed! Both ends of the boxes were smashed opened and there was no kind of paper work about the products or any kind of instructions about the products uses, etc. I have not used the product yet so I can not say how effective it will actually work but I am hoping it will be worth the money I spent. I had contacted the company by email a week prior to receiving the HydroJet to find out why I still had not gotten my product. I received a response back 3 days later addressed to a gentleman's name, saying thanks for expressing interest in their product but the product was for women only and then thanked me for contacting them. WHAT??? I was ordering the HydroJet, not a product only for women!!! And no mention of where the product was and why I had not received it. I don't know what all the confusion was about regarding this email but needless to say I am not impressed with this company or their customer service. They look like they have some interesting products but I am not so sure I will be purchasing any more products from them.
