Purchase and Delivery Review (Only)
I saw that a few people had terrible experiences online with Castlery which made me hesitant to follow through with my purchases. However, I’m glad I didn’t listen. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far with Castlery. I can’t speak to customer service post-purchase with anything that goes wrong with their furniture, but both purchases I made — white glove and one without white glove — have been nothing short of positive.
