I had not heard of Castlery before so had some hesitation in ordering something that would be hard to return ( a full size bed frame).
I decided to chance it because I just loved their selection and found exactly what I wanted at the right price.
It arrived much earlier than expected and I was able to do 90% of it myself. I am a 74yo retired nurse. The only thing that required 2 people was just moving the entire frame to the place I wanted it. The bed is beautiful and all pieces fit together perfectly.
The only drawback I found was that the directions weren’t clear enough for me. I like the piece’s themselves numbered or lettered so I don’t have to keep referring back to the beginning diagrams. It’s a minor problem but I think worth mentioning.
Anyway I enjoyed the whole experience and will be buying from you again.

Navigating the site was easy. Great descriptions, accurate information. Delivery was easy to set up. Packaging was secure and well done. The only complaint would be when they packed the legs to the table they put the box inside the shelves and it did rub a little of the finish off. I contacted Castlery and the made every effort to satisfy me and we got that handled. I would recommend a purchase from them and I’ll be purchasing more items in the future.

The company that delivered the furniture came when they said they would and communicated with me throughout. On the day of delivery I received a message stating the time window they would be there and a text message when they were 10 minutes away. The drivers placed the furniture inside and were polite, friendly and respectful.

The product is just beautiful - lovely leather and seems very well made. The delivery team that got a very large corner sofa into the room, unpacked, assembled, then moved it around til it was perfectly placed - they were fantastic. I ordered an Auburn King bed and had to…
I ordered an Auburn King bed and had to wait nearly 2 months to receive the bed. Once we put it all together we noticed the quality was definitely not worth its price and wait time. The fabric upholstery looks like it’s sagging on the bed base and doesn’t look fully stretched out evenly. Not happy with the outcome. Do not recommend. Have had better quality upholstered beds that were less than half the price from Temple and Webster.

Excellent customer service provided by Zami from Castlery. He was very prompt and courteous throughout our interactions, responding even in late evenings to help me secure a service slot to repair a broken bedframe slat. The company offered the repair free of charge out of goodwill even though i had bought the bed from them almost 5 years ago and the damage was of my own making.
