WARNING: Casterly outdoor furniture disintegrates in the outdoors. We have a Sierra outdoor couch setting from Casterly and after only 2 years the cushion liners have disintegrated badly, some almost completely. We reached out to Casterly for a resolution and they said they can't do anything because it's "wear and tear", not a defect. So there you go, outdoor furniture that disintegrates in the outdoors after only 2 years. That is officially what you're buying.

The team was on time, courteous, did not damage any other furniture, even wore shoe covers (I dont wear shoes in the house), and made sure to remove all the boxes and packing materials. Although they technically are not to help me move existing furniture they helped me move my old table (too heavy for me alone) to another spot so I could disassemble it while they finished the install. And they were pleasant and professional.
The furniture itself is as expected...perfect! Clean design, well constructed, looks good, meets all of my expectations

I ordered a dining set, a bedroom set, and two swivel chairs from Castelry. Shipping got scheduled for the bedroom set. I took time off to be there and then day before it was canceled. Late Monday I ordered two swivel chairs. I accidentally selected wrong fabric and let them know on Wednesday morning. It is scheduled to be delivered in 3 weeks. They basically said too bad we would have to charge you 20% to make change. Awful customer service. I wouldn’t order from them.
As an update, Castelry is working on canceling my order without charging the 20% and I appreciate that they are doing that.

This was my first time ordering from Castlery. I was a little leery since I had never heard of the company. I found them doing a google search for a specific product. I was looking for a leather storage ottoman and very few companies had what I wanted. Well, the items arrived earlier than estimated, they were packaged very well - no possibility of damage with all of the packing materials- and the furniture looks great!

Took several months to get our back ordered dining table and chairs, but delivery went well once it finally got delivered! We have a very steep driveway that they didn’t want to come up all the way, but still made sure all the boxes made it up to the house. Loving how everything looks and hope it holds up well. Seems solid so far!

The dining set is high-quality and feels good under your fingers. I wouldn’t say the chairs are uber comfortable, but they’re comfortable enough and they’re beautiful. The only thing I don’t like is that the screw hole covers on the chairs were just stickers and I think Castlery could’ve sprung for some wood plugs to fill those holes. I paid for white glove delivery and it was well worth it. The delivery guys were on time and very polite and worked quickly, but still took care with each piece. Overall, I’m very happy. It’s a beautiful dining set.
