Excellent Customer Service
I recently furnished much of my new apartment with Castlery and have been really happy with both the furniture and the customer service. I had a couple of minor issues with my order, and I especially want to thank Noorhasyimah, who has been such a great help. She was responsive, proactive, and always kept me informed. She and the team worked with me to find solutions that felt fair, and I'm very happy with the outcome. The furniture is beautiful, and the level of customer care has given me a lot of confidence in the company. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Castlery again.
