Dear Castlery: A Rare Company
Dear Castlery, Congratulations on having an excellent, professional, friendly, caring, communicative team of customer service representatives and teams behind the scenes who seamlessly worked together to resolve an issue for me. They were consistently wonderful, respectful and kept me updated throughout the process. Amazing team, teamwork, great people, I had a couple of phone conversations but this was primarily accomplished through email and competency. They deserve to be named: Ennarasi, Nurin, Tvya, Nurul, Shakila, Thurgashini, Niya! I thought my review might be best written by my sharing my email responses: Well Ennarasi and Castlery! Thank You so much!!!😊 oh my gosh! I am so pleased! ********************************** Dear Castlery & Ennarasi! In a world where everything seems broken and no one has integrity your team and all your customer representatives are my HEROES!!! BEST company of the year for me!!! I am in a new place, will need a few things and will spread the word here when I can. ********************************** Dear Ennarasi and Castlery! Thank you for your articulate and thorough update. I am so glad we are getting a replacement as we love this unique versatile piece. A company is only as good as the people who work for it! Castlery is fortunate to have you on their team! I will watch for future updates as you listed. When all is done I will take the time to write a google review about your company and give a shout out to your excellence! Warmest Regards, Tammy T ******************************** These comments apply to all the lovely people who assisted me and to the entire Castlery operations, especially: Ennarasi, Nurin, Tvya, Nurul, Shakila, Thurgashini, Niya! In addition the pickup and drop off went perfect. Castlery logistics and local deliveries are always excellent.
