Beautiful product! I am so happy with my purchase. Delivery was easy and set up was smooth. Only issue is how long it took for the order to be shipped. Prepare to wait a few weeks, but I think my new dining set was worth the wait.

Absolutely awful customer service - they passed on the wrong phone number to the courier company and then tried to charge me for a failed delivery. The chair that did get delivered is unusable - for £700 it's a swivel chair that spins round uncontrollably so it makes you dizzy. Try no to get in touch with customer services about this is a complete nightmare, impossible to get hold off, open funny hours, ignoring all my messages. This is still not sorted and nobody will help me

Terrible delivery experience and extremely poor customer service
Very disappointing experience with Castlery. I ordered a Seb Super King Bed and the delivery process has been handled terribly.
I did not cancel or reschedule the delivery. I simply informed their courier, BJS, that I would be available from 3:30pm on the scheduled delivery date, or the following day if needed. The courier then stopped responding despite multiple attempts to contact them over an entire week.
After Castlery initially suggested they would resolve the issue and arrange delivery, I was later told the bed had been returned to their warehouse and that they would cancel the order and deduct a £60 "collection fee".
Charging me for a failed delivery caused by poor communication from their own delivery partner is completely unacceptable. A premium furniture company should take responsibility for its logistics failures rather than penalising customers.
Extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend Castlery.
