Great delivery! They were supposed to deliver next week, but I got a text a few days before that saying they could deliver the next day if I wanted. I’ve never had a furniture delivery arrive early! The delivery went smoothly and assembly was simple. We love our Vincent table.

I ordered this expensive outdoor furniture because I was tired of replacing pieces, I liked the modern design, and I liked that they had removable covers for washing. Now, after several years the seat all of the covers faded. The bottom cushion seat covers cannot be turned over because of the striped discoloring. Tried to remove the back cushion cover to wash and the inside pillow disentegrated, leaving just the filing material. Would not recommend.

Great customer Service - personalised email responses
Even though my order took longer than expected to arrive the communication from Castlery was great throughout. It was EOFY sale time so volume of orders must have been huge! I had two orders in place, ordered a few weeks apart and they were delivered at the same time which was great and very convenient for me. The emails I had from sales assistants were personalised and not automated responses which makes a big difference. Especially the help from Wahidah was much appreciated. I love the quality and appearance of my furniture which makes the whole experience even better!

I placed an order for the Dawson Bed Frame and canceled it within the hour. Although I received a cancellation confirmation, Castlery still charged the full amount to my credit card. It has been over a week, and the charge has still not been cleared or reversed. As a result, I am now stuck paying an extra two thousand dollars on my current credit card bill for absolutely no reason. When I called Castlery customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue!

The delivery duo were awesome! They called when they were about 20 min out. Out of habit, I usually don’t wear street shoes in the house, so I took my shoes off upon entry while I shoes them the destination of the bed, and they did the same without being asked. I would have allowed them to wear shoes in the house no problem, but they decided not to. Within an hour they were set up and trash removed. I was able to check everything before they left, and no issues. Definitely would recommend them and this process again.
