Poor Customer Service
I ordered a dining set, a bedroom set, and two swivel chairs from Castelry. Shipping got scheduled for the bedroom set. I took time off to be there and then day before it was canceled. Late Monday I ordered two swivel chairs. I accidentally selected wrong fabric and let them know on Wednesday morning. It is scheduled to be delivered in 3 weeks. They basically said too bad we would have to charge you 20% to make change. Awful customer service. I wouldn’t order from them. As an update, Castelry is working on canceling my order without charging the 20% and I appreciate that they are doing that.
