Order ID: 46861702 The offer took much longer to complete than initially promised. Additionally, players used items that they were not supposed to, including loyalty points, without prior approval. It was clearly stated that they would replace broken crystals, but they also utilized the crystal recovery function without asking beforehand. While they did ultimately complete the order, I will not be making another purchase.
