Be cautious as the company automatically renews contracts, without providing any notice. Which is increasingly in violation of consumer protection laws in many jurisdications around the world. As many subscribtion model based companies have been taking advantage of consumers and automatically renewing their plans without providing any notice, ie. in California companies must provide advance very explicit notice they are renewing and receive the clients consent, not just in a terms of agreement. This company just renews, and waits to see who holds them accountable and demands their money back, or takes them to civil court.
