DO NOT Buy from them!!! If you do, ensure you are paying via PayPal to ensure you have shoppers protection in case of issues. Also, Lightmalls have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Lightmalls is based out of China but I had great customer experiences with other China based companies. Lightmalls was not like that at all. I bought a Nitecore flashlight from them, payment was easy via Paypal and there was a tracking number. However, the parcel never arrived and this was also shown in the tracking. This was over 4 weeks, to ensure I have given adequate time for delivery. Afterwards, I sent an enquiry to Lightmalls to see if they can provide assistance. First thing they do is accuse me that the product was delivered with a screen capture of the parcel tracking. The image clearly shows that the parcel was still on the way. I had to clearly and quite pointy show in point form that they are incorrect, only then did Lightmalls reply back that they will enquire into it. 2 weeks and no response, I follow-up with an email. Lightmalls just said that they were looking into it with no real status or information. Another 2 weeks pass by and I emailed them again, this time Lightmalls did not even bother with a reply. I then raised a Paypal dispute. The minute it was raised, I was sent by Lightmalls a Credit memo on the item. However, this was useless to me as I did not setup an account with them. Also the Credit memo was not even the full amount that I paid. From this point on, I only communicated with Lightmalls through the Paypal dispute (for logging and tracking in case of escalations later to Paypal). Only then did Lightmalls advised that the parcel was lost and ask if I wanted to be sent another one. From the frustration and lack of trust at this point, I just ask them to provide a full refund before Paypal escalation deadline. Only then was I provide a full refund back. So Buyers Beware!!!
