Impossible to get a refund
My experience with shopee is that it provides me a false sense of security with its shopee guarantee but in reality it does not perform due diligence on its seller and it’s impossible to get a refund when one receives spoilt goods unlike other online shopping platform. There was no follow up on my Case Number 229830482 Update: I have received refund although I did not receive response on the case, thank you for the assistance
