Unethically charging 5% for C.C. contrary to their own policy when offered to wire the funds to them.
I recently bought an item on their platform. When they charged my credit card I saw that they had charged 5% on my credit card above and beyond the 25% commission. When I asked what it is they said it is for use of the credit card. I told them that according to your own site I can wire the fund to you so please give me your wiring instruction so I can wire the funds. Even though their site clearly states that they refused as unethically that is how they charge an extra 5% contrary to their own policy. I have everything recorded for anyone who want to hear it and copy of their site which allows wire payment besides C.C. payment.
