I did finally receive my order after almost a month....I found that the phone number did not work from Canada and the instant chat was always not available so it was difficult to querie my order. I did get satisfaction from an email that I sent and got tracking information sent to me instantly....coincidentally, my dress arrived the next day. The dress itself is ok, not the greatest of quality, but what can you expect for $25.00.....it looked very much like it was made in China! Not sure if I will order from them again.
