Don’t order from here
Ordered a replacement remote as the walking pad doesn’t work without it and I ordered it on 3rd September, it’s now 16th October and they are ignoring my emails and I still don’t have the remote! I have raised a dispute with my bank (luckily I paid on a credit card). The company is a complete scam and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Save your money and buy something else
